Mr Fothergill's Seed Tray Inserts Pack

Mr Fothergill's Seed Tray Inserts Pack
Young plants are especially vulnerable to damage to the roots from transplanting. These stylish and durable seed trays enable you to move the entire root ball safely from the seed tray to the garden or container and result in healthier plants that establish more quickly.

The Seed Tray Inserts offer:
24 individual cells to enable safe and easy transplanting of seedlings and established cuttings.
The option of using the Seed Tray Inserts on their own or fitted inside a Seed Tray for stability.
The raised channels provide excellent drainage for the young plants at key stages in their life.
5 Seed Tray Inserts per pack.

Excellent For Starting Seeds Of All Types

Ideal for larger seeded plants where you can produce one seedling per cell and ensure that the complete root ball is planted out (so minimizing root damage). Seeds include pumpkins, cucumbers, squashes, melons, marigolds, sweet peas, nasturtiums, sunflowers, and gourds.

Makes Starting Cuttings Easy and Effective

Ideal for groups of cuttings that can handle having their roots pulled apart once established (by using one cell for several cuttings) like hydrangeas, roses, apples, peaches, plums and ornamental deciduous trees. We recommend the use of a commercial cutting powder and quality propagation soil.
