This mixture contains, in separate sachets:

Rocket (500 seeds) - A unique and peppery flavour that will liven up any salad.
Mizuna (350 seeds) - Delicate flavour and crisp texture. Very attractive plant with deeply cut glossy dark green leaves.
Mustard Red Giant (350 seeds) - Chinese Mustard with a mild tangy flavour and attractive red/green leaves.
Mustard Greens (300 seeds) - Quick and easy to grow, very quick to mature and makes a tasty addition to salads and sandwiches.
Spinach Komatsuna Tokisan (150 seeds) - Easy to grow with mild mustard flavour.
Cress Wrinkled (300 seeds)- A sought after variety - fast growing and attractive. Spoon shaped leaves.

When to plant: All Year Round.
How to grow: Sow a few seeds in each clump, 5mm deep. Cover with a fine layer of seed raising mix or soil, water gently. Feed with liquid fertilser every 10-14 days. Make successive sowings. Grow in a warm sheltered position and keep moist. Pick a few leaves from each plant when at least 5cm high. Varieties grow at different rates, giving a different salad mix at every cut. Seedlings emerge 6-10 days.
Harvest: 8-10 Weeks.
